A Leading IT Solutions Company is looking for an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to join them!
Your new company
Become the Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager for a leading IT solutions company to meet future demands such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Process Automation Solutions, JDE Consultation & Implementation, Business Intelligence, Application Development and many others.
Your new role
Promote and attract new leads for the companies' products / solutions.
Convert potential leads into customers through cold calls, visits, digital marketing, and more.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet goals and targets.
Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing sales.
Create a contact plan for customers and identify opportunities for growth.
Discover new customer opportunities to expand the business.
Perform any other duties as assigned periodically.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field, with a strong result-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, along with proficiency in verbal and written English (Mandarin is a plus).
You must have your own transport and the willingness to travel.
