Our client is looking for a seasoned professional to step into the role of Head of Card Operations Processing Control. This role oversees daily operational planning and performance, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining strong compliance and control standards.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage and lead the COPC team to ensure smooth daily operations including Singapore stakeholders.
Identify areas to streamline processes, improve turnaround time, and reduce costs
Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance and control
Handle data analysis and recommend corrective actions
Address customer and internal feedback promptly
Drive process improvement and operations-related projects
Coach and mentor team members to maintain high standards
Ensure procedures are up to date and in line with the Bank's policies
Continuously improve productivity, service quality, and team performance
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of experience in retail banking, particularly in Credit / Debit Card Operations
Proven leadership with experience managing teams of 10 or more
Adaptable in fast-paced environments with change management experience (RPA / automation a plus)
