Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Science related field. Junior Executive specialized in life sciences industry will be added advantage. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good interpersonal skills and maintain good relation with all levels of staff to facilitate liaison work. Multitasking and good in time management. PC literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office (work, excel and power point). Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese language.

Responsibilities :
- To conduct incoming material inspection (bulk, packaging) and incoming finished goods inspection (pre-shipment samples & mass finished goods), and documentation of the record.
- To prepare approved samples and tolerance chart for supplier and contract packer.
- To monitor the expired tolerance chart and work with procurement team to feedback to supplier.
- To maintain the retention samples (packaging, bulk & finished goods) and packaging artwork master copy accordingly.
- To coordinate the testing samples for external laboratory analysis when necessary.
- To perform shelf life establishment testing when necessary.
- To assist in investigating complaint and non-conformance issue jointly with procurement& product development team.
