Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s endless skyline. The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Sales Coordinator (Cluster Role)

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Coordinator (Cluster Role). This position works across the different disciplines and offers administrative support to the Sales Managers. Sales Coordinator (Cluster Role) works very closely with all members of the Sales team, providing them with crucial support, making them the backbone of the team.

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for the industry and is keen to grow and build their career with the world's leading brand in luxury, Four Seasons.

Responsibilities :

Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards and assist with overflow calls for Catering, PR and other offices.

Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedule of events, printed menus, and e-mails using MS Word, Delphi, Crystal Reports, and Lotus Notes.

Complete distribution of Sales correspondence to the hotel operating departments as required.

Maintain the various Sales file systems, both electronic and paper, including Account Files, Program Evaluation Database, Master binders for Sales Contracts.

Qualifications :

Proficient in Microsoft office tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Delphi knowledge is an advantage.

Strong customer service skills.

Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.

Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
