Job summary
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning experiences to enhance employee performance and skill development at Klook. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create training programs that align with business goals, improve customer service outcomes, and foster employee growth.
Key responsibilities and Duties (R&R)
- Curriculum Development : Design and develop training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, and blended learning solutions.Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive content using tools like Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Needs Assessment : Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives aligned with business goals.
- Instructional Design : Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE or Agile) to create effective learning experiences.Incorporate adult learning principles and innovative methodologies into training programs.
- Technology Integration : Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery and tracking.Develop multimedia content such as videos, simulations, role-plays, and gamified learning activities.
- Evaluation and Feedback : Design assessment tools to measure learner progress and training effectiveness.Continuously update training materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members, SMEs, trainers, and leadership to ensure seamless program delivery.Provide coaching or guidance to trainers for effective facilitation of learning programs.
