Job Summary :

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at onsemi 's premier 200mm manufacturing facility, you will work in a dynamic team environment, perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of complex semiconductor manufacturing tools.

Flexible schedule options are available including compressed or day shift.

Descriptions :

  • Setup new tools with Equipment Engineering and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
  • To support machines, buy off for Released to production (RTP).
  • To be trained to perform Preventive maintenance (PM) for all tools.
  • Line maintenance.
  • Data collection for tool buyoff.
  • Shift coverage for Module sub assembly (MSA) & Assembly sub module (ASM).

Responsibilities :

  • Use diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root cause failures, and make reliability improvement recommendations
  • Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals
  • Repair and maintain Semiconductor test equipment such as Keithley, Agilent, Credence, Electroglas probers, and Probe Cards
  • Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair of equipment
  • Holds Diploma in Electrical Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or any relevant engineering field.
  • Have good knowledge in Die Bonding / Wire Bonding / Molding / Trim and Form / Laser Marking / Testing.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant process as above.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work with cross function team.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skill.
  • Good knowledge in different type of tester’s (Teradyne / Powertech)
