Intern, Sales Support & Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support various functions within the Razer Gold Distribution Hub. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform.
- Support the Manager in executing operational activities.
- Help in maintaining operational documentation and reports.
- Participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence.
- Help in troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Requirements :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Great written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of Razer Gold products is an advantage.Benefits :
