We’re looking for a Cocktail Bar Manager who can do all — lead the team, charm the crowd, mix up a vibe, and keep operations smooth behind the scenes.

• Knows how to lead, train & motivate a team
• Familiar with basic POS systems, ordering & closing procedures
• Neat, professional appearance
• Reliable, punctual & able to handle fast-paced nights
• Able to work nights, weekend, and Public Holiday
