The Associate Director, Procurement Shared Services will lead the Procurement Shared Services team at the KL Hub, ensuring seamless operations and driving continuous efficiency improvements. This role is instrumental in optimizing procurement processes, enhancing service delivery, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Make an Impact by :

• Oversee the seamless transition of Procurement operations to the shared services center while ensuring operational excellence.
• Manage, upskill, and empower the team to maximize productivity, drive cost efficiency, and foster an inclusive company culture.
• Ensure the team adheres to high standards of procurement processes, compliance, and service delivery.
• Drive high customer satisfaction through strong service delivery, proactive risk mitigation, and process improvements.
• Work closely with Opco Procurement teams to enhance operational effectiveness and align with business growth strategies.
• Build an engaged and high-performing team through strong leadership, employee development, and workplace enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business partners to forecast needs and ensure alignment with overall company objectives and deadlines.
