Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial gases, oil, gas, or petroleum industry.
- Proven track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to be based onsite in Batang Berjuntai.
- Familiarity with the oil, gas, and petroleum industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives within the oil, gas, and petroleum industry.Manage and expand the existing client base through proactive business development activities, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer needs in the Batang Berjuntai region.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of KBS Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd's products and services.Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical support, to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape, to effectively position KBS Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd in the market.Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.Benefits
