- Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products / processes improvements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve process related problems.
- Development, implement & maintain SOP, process documentation & troubleshooting guides.
- Identify & drive opportunity for process, cost & cycle time improvement to support department goals.
- Utilize statistical methodology & data analysis to monitor process capability & drive continuous improvement.
- Qualify production personnel on processes & equipment operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulation & company policies.
Qualification / Requirement
Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Material Science or Applied ScienceMin 5 years working experiences in semiconductor manufacturing, knowledge in mold / ball mount / laser will be an advantage.Good methodical approach in process optimization & harmonization.Highly innovative, motivated & stress resistant individual with zero defect mindsetGood team player & able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams.Job Req Type : ExperiencedRequired Travel : NoShift Type : Normal Time (Philippines)
