Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing channels
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools , including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and email platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented , with a passion for digital trends.
  • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Canva

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve website rankings and search visibility.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts , schedule posts, and engage with the audience.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns , including newsletters and promotional blasts.
  • Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce compelling visuals and copy.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends , tools, and best practices.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in content creation for blogs, websites, and social platforms when necessary.
