Requirements
- Prefer degree holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to understand and communicate in Mandari n , Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willing to work in the office (not a remote position)
- Able to follow instructions and perform tasks assigned by superiors
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with secretarial or administrative experience are preferred
- Must be able to start work immediately
Responsibilities
Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word and ExcelUpload and download video files for translation and editingTrack and record project progress, assignments, and delivery timelinesFollow up with translators and editors to ensure timely submissions (催稿)Cross-check translated videos to ensure subtitles follow the required formatAssist in administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisorMaintain organized records and documentationHandle general office duties and ensure smooth daily operationsBenefits
