Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
Provide product information, recommendations, and upselling when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, shelves, and displays
Operate POS system, handle cash, and process card payments accurately
Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries
Keep up to date with promotions and product knowledge
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
Follow all company policies and health & safety guidelines
