We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Management & Product Qualification Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing product qualification processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, automotive standards, and customer requirements. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality assurance, support risk management, and contribute to the successful development of innovative automotive products. In your new role you will :

• Plan and execute product qualification activities in compliance with internal guidelines, external automotive standards, and specific customer requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure qualification and quality assurance for multiple product, technology, and package development projects.
• Assess qualification results, oversee product release processes, ensure proper documentation, and generate comprehensive reports for customers.
• Contribute to the product development process by supporting risk management activities and providing regular updates on qualification status and product quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and process compliance during product development to meet industry standards.
• Represent Quality Management in product-related customer meetings, ensuring alignment on quality expectations and delivering product quality updates.
• Manage quality-related topics throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Actively participate in focus teams, task forces, and risk assessments, contributing to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
