We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Management & Product Qualification Specialist to join our dynamic team. In your new role you will :
- Plan and execute product qualification activities in compliance with internal guidelines, external automotive standards, and specific customer requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure qualification and quality assurance for multiple product, technology, and package development projects.
- Assess qualification results, oversee product release processes, ensure proper documentation, and generate comprehensive reports for customers.
- Contribute to the product development process by supporting risk management activities and providing regular updates on qualification status and product quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and process compliance during product development to meet industry standards.
- Represent Quality Management in product-related customer meetings, ensuring alignment on quality expectations and delivering product quality updates.
- Manage quality-related topics throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Actively participate in focus teams, task forces, and risk assessments, contributing to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related technical or natural scientific field.At least 3 years of relevant work experience in quality management, preferably within the automotive or semiconductor industry.Basic knowledge of automotive quality requirements and norms, with familiarity in automotive quality culture and a zero-defect approach.Strong experience in quality management systems, processes, and established quality management methods (, 8D, FMEA, Risk Assessment).Proven ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to problem-solving activities.Prepared to take calculated risks and manage them actively, ensuring the highest level of quality throughout development.Familiarity with semiconductor physics, processes, and technologies is a plus.Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); German language skills are an added advantage.Benefits
