Responsibilities & Skills

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Technical Product Planning Engineer to join the team and focus on industry-leading IP. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Responsibilities :

Define feature requirements for new products and IP required to achieve business objectives

Prioritize product and IP features and investment with input from stakeholders & based on market needs

Drive implementation of features with cross-functional development teams including MRD / PRD reviews.

Define and drive new product go-to-market activities including messaging, promotion plan and competitive analysis

Partner with and enable sales to achieve product business results and customer success

Gather, analyze and incorporate customer feedback into product planning roadmap

Track opportunity funnel and analyze progress to targets

Required Skills

5-8 years of technical experience in engineering, applications or technical marketing / product planning

Strong technical knowledge of FPGA products and applications

Strong technical knowledge of technology interfaces such as PCIe or USB

Experience developing or consuming marketing requirement documents or product requirements documents

• EE, Comp E or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused mindset in all aspects of the job

Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and deliver results against business objectives
