What You'll Design & Create

Digital Product Design

  • Redesign user journeys that guide investors through their first crowdfunding experience
  • Create intuitive interfaces for entrepreneurs to showcase their startups and funding goals
  • Design mobile-first experiences that work seamlessly across all devices
  • Build design systems that scale across our entire platform ecosystem
  • Prototype interactions that bring complex financial processes to life

    • Marketing & Brand Design

  • Create campaign visuals that help startups tell their stories compellingly
  • Design social media assets that drive engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Craft email marketing designs that convert subscribers into active investors
  • Design event materials including banners, brochures, and digital displays

    Essential Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field
  • Design tool proficiency - Figma, Canva etc.
  • AI tools - Magic Pattern, Canva AI etc.
  • UI / UX fundamentals - understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Creative portfolio showcasing both digital and marketing design work
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with brand guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions

    • Bonus Superpowers

  • Prototyping skills - experience with interactive prototypes and micro-interactions
  • Web design knowledge - basic understanding of HTML / CSS
  • Motion graphics - After Effects or similar animation tools
  • Fintech interest - curiosity about financial technology and user behavior
