This role will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communication plans designed to capitalize on consumer insights and market opportunities to generate demand. The Senior Manager will build a creative, integrated multi-channel Marketing Department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of digital leads, and measures the return of investment in marketing programs.   Principle responsibilities and duties -Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing roadmap. -Lead and direct the execution of marketing plans to achieve growth objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities. -Manage marketing budget and evaluate marketing investment efficiency to identify areas of improvement and propose changes. -Evaluate new media technologies and maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to expand the brand’s competitive advantage. -Develop market segmentation, targeting and positioning for each product line.   -Execute integrated multi-channel marketing strategy and tactics; targeting all customer lifecycle; to generate demand and sales leads.  -Deliver an aligned communication and messaging approach across all platforms to ensure enhanced brand imagery and uplift to total brand health.   -Be accountable for measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis of campaign results with the aim to optimize and to scale at large. -Manage the creation of all marketing collaterals and sales support tools. -Build advocacy and enhance awareness amongst AEON Credit Employees through Internal Marketing funnels.   • Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Marketing  -Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in a marketing capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry. -Robust analytical and customer insight skills across all channels and platforms. -Skilful in brand management, digital marketing, performance advertising, SEO / SEM, event planning and management as well as, market research, customer segmentation and budget management.
