• Proficiency in waitering skills, including taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with colleagues and superiors.
• Willingness to work full-time at the company's on-site location in Ulu Tiram.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the canteen area.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth canteen operations.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages to employees, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the canteen area, including tables, chairs, counters, and equipment.
• Manage inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers safely and efficiently.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development, taking into account employee preferences and dietary requirements.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
