Requirements

  • Candidate may hold a Diploma, though not compulsory
  • Mandarin speaking is preferred
  • Must be proficient in Excel with an aptitude for numerical calculations
  • Clerical / Administrative Support / Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Full-Time office based
  • Good command of English, is strategic with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and yet be a team player
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Able to work in a demanding fast paced work environment

Responsibilities

  • Support our global online sales and day to day operations
  • Order processing and coordination with customers, logistics and warehouse for timely delivery
  • Weekly sales analysis and customer analytics reports compilation
  • To implement a structured filing system
