Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Language required : English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skills :  Email Marketing, Digital Advertising, Market Research, Copywriting, E-Commerce
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, company website, etc.).
  • Monitor and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts on e-commerce platforms.
  • Track and analyze e-commerce sales performance, preparing reports for management review.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and marketplaces for collaborations and promotional opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Assist in other marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
