What We’re Looking For :
- Degree holder in Business Admin / HR / Management or related fields
- Prior experience in HR or people / project coordination
- Strong command of English and Mandarin (Must)
- Excellent organisation, documentation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive problem solver
- Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, and shifting priorities
- A good sense of people — knows who to delegate to and how to follow up
- Familiar with creative teams or F&B / branding industry is a bonus
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities :
Manage HR operations : leave tracking, claim forms, sick leave records, and basic HR documentationArrange internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsMaintain employee records and onboarding / offboarding processOrganise to-do lists across departments to ensure project progressAct as a communication bridge between the team and managementLiaise directly with boss / creative director to help assign the right person to the right taskSource vendors / freelancers / kol when needed (e.g. events, logistics, printing, etc.)Help manage internal workflow systems and implement improvementsBonus : Ability to assist in simple creative project flow (if familiar with creative field)
