Penerangan pekerjaanManage the full sales cycle from prospecting / marketing to closing sales plus maintenance. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, business partners and vendors. -Identify new business opportunities and market trends. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. -Learned and understand the product with the internal teams and principal. -Work closely with technical team to deliver product and services to customer with efficient. -Create sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. -Identify and understand customer businesses and requirements on IT solutions and IT products. -Monitoring Projects update for invoicing and renewal. -Post-sales follow-up and to deliver a positive customer’s service experience. -Preparing the weekly and monthly sales / forecast / outstanding reports. -Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. -Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors. -Ad hoc duties assigned, if any.
