We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to support our Director both professionally and personally. Job Responsibilities : -Manage and coordinate the Director’s meetings, appointments, and schedules to keep everything running smoothly. -Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries, both locally and internationally. -Handle visa applications, passport renewals, and all necessary travel documents. -Assist with personal and office administrative tasks such as bill payment and banking and general errands. -Plan and coordinate meetings, gatherings, and small events, from logistics to follow-ups. -Assist in director's personal, family and household errands.
