Job Summary

Knight Frank is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Global Capital Markets team. The primary focus of this role will be to work on enhancing our pitching and presentation materials, helping us present our real estate services and solutions in the most compelling and visually appealing manner. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a junior designer to develop their skills, work in a collaborative environment, and contribute to the success of a global real estate leader.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • A passion for staying up to date with design trends and industry best practices.

What you will be doing

  • Pitching Material Enhancement : Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to design and create visually engaging, persuasive pitch materials that effectively communicate our real estate services and solutions.
  • Graphic Design : Develop creative and professional graphics, infographics, and visual elements to support presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
  • Branding : Ensure all materials align with Knight Frank's branding guidelines to maintain a consistent and professional image.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and objectives, offering creative design solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Visual Storytelling : Transform complex real estate data and information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations.
  • Creative Input : Contribute innovative ideas and design concepts to elevate the visual impact of our pitches and presentations.
