Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in health, beauty, or retail industries.
- Having design background is a plus.
- Familiar with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or TikTok Shop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, basic data analysis, and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Online Store Management
M anage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and banners across platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop).Ensure accuracy in inventory levels, images, and product information.Monitor and resolve product issues such as out-of-stock flags, suspension notices, or listing errors.Campaign & Promotion Execution
Support execution of online campaigns including monthly mega sales, flash deals, and platform-wide promotions.Coordinate with design and content teams for visuals, coupons, vouchers, and campaign assets.Schedule and upload deals, bundles, and vouchers on seller platforms.Order & Fulfilment Coordination
Monitor daily orders and ensure smooth order processing, from payment to shipping.Monitor daily orders and ensure smooth order processing, from payment to shipping.Pick, pack, and prepare daily e-commerce orders for dispatch.Ensure all parcels are packed accurately and meet branding or promotional requirements (e.g. freebies, inserts).Generate packing lists and coordinate courier pickups or drop-offs.Track return / refund cases and escalate discrepancies when necessary.Performance & Sales Monitoring
Track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and store conversion rates.Generate weekly or monthly sales reports and provide basic analysis or insights.Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to boost online sales.Customer Engagement & Service
Respond to customer queries, reviews, and messages professionally and promptly.Coordinate with CS team to resolve complaints, order changes, or product issues.Encourage product reviews and maintain high store ratings.Benefits
