Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- English & Mandarin is a must to communicate with China & Taiwan customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customersAssist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer follow-upsManage incoming sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the sales system.Coordinate with the sales team and logistic team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and according to specifications.Ensure all sales invoices are correctly generated and compliant with company policies and local tax regulations (e-invoice).Liaise with clients to address any issues or concerns regarding their orders or invoices, providing excellent customer service.Monitor and track payment status for outstanding sales invoices, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups.Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure proper reconciliation of sales accounts, records and e-invoice matters.Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.Benefits
