We’re on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to lead our digital presence and strategy. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Strategy and Execution -Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and event sales (public programs, conferences, and training services). -Plan and execute campaigns that deliver measurable impact aligned with business goals. Social Media Management -Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X). -Develop engaging, on-brand content that connects with our audiences and stays ahead of digital trends. Content Creation -Design digital assets including posters, short videos, and graphics using Canva Pro or similar tools. -Support storytelling efforts that bring our events and training experiences to life. Campaign Management -Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement, reach, and conversions. -Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics. Brand and Messaging Alignment -Maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all digital platforms. Reporting and Insights -Track and analyse digital marketing performance. -Share actionable insights to guide content and campaign improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration -Work closely with program, training, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and event timelines. Website Management (Wix) -Maintain and update the company website using Wix. -While Wix experience is helpful, candidates without prior Wix skills may still apply. What We’re Looking For -Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Design Communication, or a related field. -1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media. -Has strong skills in Meta Business Suite Ad Management, with experience in creating, managing, and optimising paid campaigns. -Is comfortable using Canva Pro and other editing tools to craft compelling visuals and brand-consistent content. -Bonus : Experience managing websites (especially using Wix), though not mandatory. -Strong copywriting, visual, and analytical skills. -Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. -Based in Kuala Lumpur and available for a Monday–Friday work week.
