Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field such as Food Science, Quality Management, or Engineering.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Quality Control QC and Quality Assurance QA methodologies.
- Experience with inspection processes and techniques to identify defects or deviations from standards.
- Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and practices.
- Familiarity with auditing procedures and compliance standards.
- Understanding of HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points principles and their application in food production.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to work full-time at the company's location in Puchong.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality objectives.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure adherence to established quality standards and specifications.Perform sensory evaluations (taste, smell, appearance) of food products to identify any deviations from the desired quality attributes.Monitor and verify the implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and food safety programs throughout the production process.Collect and analyze data from quality control tests and inspections to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.Prepare detailed reports summarizing quality control findings, including any deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures, standards, and documentation.Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to address quality-related issues and implement effective solutions.Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and instruments.Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Benefits
