General
- Collaborates with all levels of business owners and other stakeholders (both internal and external) to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization.

Operation Process Improvement & Portfolio Management
Leads and / or contributes to continuous business process improvement efforts to help streamline and standardize workflow, communication, cost savings and resource efficiencies for mortgage credit administration operations.Proactively review and provide feedback to the management on portfolio monitoring and management.Conduct periodic review or reporting to the management on to-be-obtained documents or other reporting whenever required.Policy / SOP & Documentation Review
Establish and propose changes in policies, operational procedures and controls for mortgage credit administration operations.Conduct periodic review and update of the department’s policies and SOP in line with changes in regulatory & operational requirementsProvide advice and guidance to Mortgage Centre staff on policies & SOP related mattersPrepare memo and policy papers for management’s approvalReview standard loan / financing documents and letters for changes in line with the regulatory and operational requirements as well as new business initiativesReview the letter of undertaking for MG project end financingAs the Power Attorney for mortgage loan / financing documentsTo assist in ad hoc assignments when necessary.Education / Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines
