1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. 2. Fresh graduates are welcome with strong motivation and a proactive attitude. 3. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 4. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. 5. Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering tools. 6. Candidates who able to write, read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
