Operations -Ensure the network is operating in optimal performance. -Assist Senior System Engineer in producing weekly and monthly report. -Assist head of network implementation in project implementation. -To interact closely with customer to increase customer satisfaction. -Daily shift and standby support as required. -Require occasional travel to customer sites. -Motorcycle license and own vehicle preferred. -Motorbike users given first priority. Skills and Qualifications -Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Graduate Diploma, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent. -Required Skill(s) : Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Windows Server Family, Networking, Backup Software and Network Security. -Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT / Computer - Hardware or equivalent. -Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good. -Self-motivated, multi-tasking and willing to take challenges. -Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change. -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
