Job Purpose and Scope :
- Describe the responsibility
- To maintain effective team and department procedures for Logistics Planning, which includes Purchase information records, Purchase Orders creation and maintenance, Resolving Purchase order enquiries. Inbound logistics tracking, receipts, Customs clearance documentation and validating Supplier invoices. Liaise with 3PL’s for inbound / outbound processing, inventory analysis, expired stocks, cycle counts and KPI reporting.
Core Job Responsibilities :
Monitor Inventory Levels, DOH, Obsolescence and ScrappingTrack, monitor and maintain inbound Shipments from Supplier to 3PLMaintain arrival dates in SAP and associated reportsSupport all activities and documentation for Customs ClearanceAssist with IDOC failures reports and solve issuesValidate 3PL and Transport Invoices for Accounts PayableMaintain PO creation and Invoice Payment of Logistics Service ProvidersWork with 3PL’s on day-to-day enquiriesAny adhoc duties that may be required by managerMinimum Skills Required :
Identify the specific skills needed to perform this job effectively
Familiarity with SAPMicrosoft toolsAdvanced knowledge in Excel – highly regardedKnowledge / Education Required :
