Requirements

E-Commerce Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This involves meticulous product listing, strategic pricing implementation, and vigilant stock availability management to ensure a seamless customer experience.Order Fulfilment Excellence : Coordinate and supervise the entire order fulfilment process, from meticulous packing to ensuring timely delivery. Your attention to detail will guarantee customer satisfaction and contribute to our reputation for reliability.Customer Engagement and Support : Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses. You will address customer requests, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional after-sales support, fostering customer loyalty and positive brand perception.Promotional Campaign Coordination : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and platform account managers to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and vouchers.
