Penerangan pekerjaanManage and grow relationships with customers or business partners (depending on B2B / B2C role) Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients. Handle inquiries, provide product info, and support clients pre- and post-sales. Plan and execute sales-related activities, events, and promotions. Conduct simple product training for channel outlets or partners. Maintain accurate sales records and perform CRM updates (e.g., Zoho). Support admin tasks such as document handling, reports, and agreement filing. Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve sales strategies. Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the management. Transportation allowance Health insurance Welfare EPF / SOCSO
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Self-motivated, independent, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Willing to travel and meet clients
- Market knowledge of the IT or tech industry is an added advantage
