Owns the day-to-day hustle.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee overall kiosk operations (opening, closing, SOPs) .
Manage staff schedules, shifts, and manpower planning.
Ensure visual merchandising, stock levels and product display are aligned with brand standards & SOPs.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Report daily sales, stock movement, and incident logs to HQ.
Lead by example - motivating team, keep energy up, and KPIs in check.
Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales.
Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g.
e-wallets, QR codes, POS).
