Role Overview The Marketing Manager will spearhead all marketing efforts both online and offline, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through a full-funnel digital strategy. This role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on digital execution across platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Strategic Marketing and GM Support - Assist the General Manager in developing and executing annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company goals. - Provide input and implementation support for branding, sales initiatives, and new product launches. - Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for GM reviews and stakeholder updates. - Serve as a bridge between departments to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives. -eCommerce and Marketplace Management - Manage and optimize Ergoworks’ online stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. - Execute platform campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product listings, ensuring high visibility and conversion. - Analyze marketplace performance (traffic, conversion, ratings) and implement improvements. - Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and timely fulfilment. -Digital Marketing and Paid Media - Plan and execute data-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram, TikTok Ads, and retargeting platforms. - Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and continuously optimize for higher ROI. - Oversee marketing automation, email campaigns, and funnel performance to support both eCommerce and B2B sales. -Content Strategy and Creator Management - Lead content planning, campaign calendars, and storytelling direction for all digital platforms. - Collaborate with in-house and freelance content creators to develop engaging, platform-specific content (e.g., TikTok videos, tutorials, testimonials). - Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints. - Manage TikTok Live coordination, product demos, and educational content rollouts. -Branding, Communication and Collateral Development - Strengthen brand consistency across print, digital, packaging, and corporate identity materials. - Oversee development of marketing collaterals : product brochures, digital ads, proposals, decks, and visual assets. - Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and partners for brand collaborations and PR initiatives. -Sales and Business Development Support - Support the sales team with materials, proposals, and marketing assets for B2B and B2C efforts. - Develop targeted campaigns for corporate buyers, HR departments, and retail customers. - Create use cases, case studies, and client success stories to support credibility and trust-building. -Event and Campaign Support (in Collaboration with Operations Manager) - Work with the Operations Manager to execute product roadshows, exhibitions, and retail activations. - Support pre-event promotion, digital campaigns, and lead capture strategies. - Ensure on-brand visual presentation at events through coordinated marketing materials and signage. - Capture content from live events for future marketing use and campaign follow-ups. -Cross-Functional Team Collaboration - Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Customer Support to align efforts and maximize results. - Lead and mentor junior team members or interns when applicable. - Manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies to ensure quality and consistency of work delivered. Job Requirements Education and Experience -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. -Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and performance marketing. -Proven track record in managing eCommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop). -Experience supporting B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. -Prior experience managing paid media campaigns and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). Technical and Marketing Skills -Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends. -Hands-on experience with : -Paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) -Marketing automation and CRM tools -Email marketing -Retargeting strategies -Competence in using data analytics tools for campaign tracking and optimization. -Familiarity with marketplace management, product listing, and campaign optimization.
