Requirements

  • Sales experience in financial or banking-related fields is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome; training will be provided).
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin (English proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Strong interest in sales and a good sense of market awareness. Optimistic, confident, responsible, motivated by high income, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong desire for personal growth, quick learner, independent thinker, and committed to mastering sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong verbal organization and customer development abilities.
