About the Company :

Our client is a Singapore-based artisanal chocolate brand known for crafting high-quality, small-batch chocolates using sustainably sourced Asian cacao.

Job Summary :

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and hands-on Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition, activation, and retention efforts across digital and offline channels. You’ll develop and execute campaigns that grow traffic, increase conversions, and expand brand awareness for our client — driving both eCommerce and physical store performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the growth marketing strategy, focusing on performance-driven outcomes (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across digital, experiential, and retail touchpoints
  • Plan and execute experiments (A / B tests, funnels, creative variations) to learn and scale

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube”
  • Track and improve key KPIs : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams on ad creatives and copy
  • CRM & Retention

  • Own the email and SMS marketing funnel (EDMs, drip campaigns, automations)
  • Manage segmentation and personalized campaigns to boost
  • repeat purchase rate”
  • Experimentation & Analytics

  • Build and test landing pages, referral programs, loyalty mechanics, etc.
  • Set up tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, etc.) to monitor user behavior
  • Analyze results and turn insights into actionable growth levers
  • Offline to Online Growth

  • Launch “store-based promotions, QR campaigns, activations, and pop-ups that convert footfall to digital audience
  • Collaborate with retail and events teams to create growth loops
  • Requirements :

  • 2—5 years of experience in digital / growth marketing, preferably in DTC, F\&B, lifestyle or eCommerce
  • Proficiency in running and scaling Meta and Google Ads
  • Solid grasp of CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot)
  • Comfortable with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and iterative —a true test & learn mindset
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills a plus
  • Bonus : experience in Shopify, referral tools (e.g., ReferralCandy), or loyalty platforms
  • Salary : Up to RM8,000
