About the Role We are hiring a resourceful, execution-focused Marketing Executive who will work directly with the Managing Director to bring marketing strategies to life. This role goes beyond task execution — it’s for someone who thinks critically, manages multiple moving parts, and can turn ideas into outcomes with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, building funnels, coordinating with internal and external partners, and making fast, informed decisions to support business growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to operate as a strategic partner — not just a junior staff member. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution and Planning -Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms -Build and manage email marketing flows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences -Assist with landing page structure, copy, and conversion improvement -Support online and offline marketing campaigns, including seasonal promos, store launches, and events Project and Team Coordination -Coordinate with designers, writers, influencers, and agency partners -Ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and maintain clear project timelines -Serve as the point of contact between strategy and execution Marketing Intelligence and Problem Solving -Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify issues or improvement areas -Analyze data and propose actionable insights for ad, funnel, or content optimization -Make informed decisions when unexpected marketing challenges arise Continuous Growth and Systems Thinking -Propose new ideas, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and ROI -Stay updated on platform trends and competitor activity -Bring forward suggestions that challenge conventional approaches and improve overall marketing operation [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-babymama-international-job-strategic-marketing-executive]

Requirements -2 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience -Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills -Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads -Working knowledge of email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar -Ability to plan and manage landing page structure and conversion optimization -Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar) -Clear, confident communicator (both written and verbal) -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently Preferred (But Not Mandatory) -Experience with Shopify, Canva, Webflow, Zapier, or Figma -Exposure to influencer marketing or affiliate coordination -Understanding of SEO and content strategy -Background in the parenting, baby, or lifestyle consumer sector -Experience with offline campaign planning (e.g., pop-ups, events, roadshows)
