Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support as needed by the PGCEO's office in the various areas of responsibilities.
  • Review and copy / edit business documents and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on iing issues and concerns addressed to the management, including tight timelines and sensitive information.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successfulpletion.
  • Coordinate tasks and projects with internal and external stakeholders the PGCEO deals with.
  • Prepare talking points, speeches, presentations, correspondence, reports, proposals, and other documents for the PGCEO, many of which will require research and gathering of information from various sources.
  • Meet with suitable parties on behalf of the PGCEO and accurately summarize the message for reporting back to the PGCEO's office.
  • Attend internal and external meetings with the PGCEO and take confidential notes or minutes, noting matters that require action.
  • Arrangeplex and detailed travel plans, including itineraries, agendas, and travel planning meeting agendas.
  • Liaise with equity and fixed ie analysts and organize quarterly briefings, non-deal roadshows and investor presentations to ensure favorable ratings / calls.
  • Produce credit papers and business pitch decks for PGCEO's Office.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong business writing, copy-editing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manageplex documents and data presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to synthesize information and prepare high-impact reports, speeches, and proposals.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters and representing the PGCEO's office.
  • Strong interpersonal andmunication skills;fortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and senior leaders.
