Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate welcome, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
  • Can speak in Bahasa Melayu and English. English must be fluent.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Can work in Rotational Shift.
  • Can work in 6 working days.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
