Requirements

  • Languages : Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Education : SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Experience : 1 year in recruitment / admin / customer service (Fresh grads are welcome)
  • Confident on camera (comfortable doing TikTok Lives)
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Familiar with Google Sheets and WhatsApp for daily operations
  • Independent, fast learner, and results-oriented
  • Must have own laptop and stable internet (allowance can be provided)
  • Willing to work beyond normal hours during peak recruitment periods
  • Passionate about social media and engaging with the public

  • Responsibilities

    At Rakan Kerja, we focus on performance-based recruitment. Our basic salary is intentionally kept low to push and reward recruiters who are hungry to earn more through successful placements. The more you recruit, the more you earn — no cap on commission.

    Your main role is to manage end-to-end hiring processes for mass recruitment projects in industries such as F&B, logistics, manufacturing, and warehousing. You’ll also be required to go live on TikTok regularly to promote job openings and build brand awareness.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Post job ads across social platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok)
  • Conduct TikTok Live to attract job seekers and promote Rakan Kerja
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through WhatsApp, phone calls, or video interviews
  • Brief candidates on job requirements, appearance expectations, and work conditions
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
  • Maintain accurate data and status updates in Google Sheets
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews and during onboarding
  • Provide regular recruitment progress updates to internal teams
