VP1 System Analyst (CardLink), Cards

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 7+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years as a System Analyst in cards applications on mainframe platforms. Strong knowledge of Cards platforms (CardLink / VisionPlus) and mainframe technologies (CICS / COBOL). Experience in large-scale Cards migration and cross-functional system analysis. Strong understanding of Cards & Payments industry trends and core functionalities (interest, fees, loans, balance transfers, disputes, loyalty, etc.). Proven experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with remote teams, and drive end-to-end project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Conduct cross-functional analysis and collaborate with technology teams for solution design.
- Maintain a repository of features, data maps, and system documentation.
- Work closely with design, testing, and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, define MVP, and assess feasibility based on priorities and costs.
- Ensure high-quality system design aligned with global architecture principles.
- Support UAT, SIT, and post-deployment validation to ensure successful implementation.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive innovation in technology solutions.
- Manage vendor collaboration, project timelines, and cost estimations for system enhancements.
- Provide technical expertise in Cards platforms (CardLink / VisionPlus) and payments ecosystems.
