Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of strategic planning principles and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Sungai Bakap, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including production, purchasing, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, and proactively identify potential shortages or overstock situations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, including material usage, output quantities, and downtime events.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to production planning.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and potential risks.
