Key Responsibilities : Content Creation : -Stay in tune with the latest social media content trends, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. -Create engaging and on-brand content (images, videos) using existing resources and in alignment with campaign strategies. -Collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams to develop content that fits the yearly calendar of campaigns and events. Influencer Management : -Maintain and expand the influencer community that aligns with our brand vision and values. -Develop creative collaborations with influencers, ensuring their content resonates with the brand’s style. -Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers through engagement activities and events. Campaign Management and Reporting : -Track, analyze, and report the performance of internal and external content, aligning results with campaign objectives. -Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Manager to continuously improve campaign performance based on insights and analytics. Project Management : -Coordinate and execute ad-hoc campaigns including sponsorships, PR initiatives, and short-term marketing projects. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and effective execution. Qualifications and Requirements : -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. -Proven experience in content creation across various digital platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and engagement. -Highly creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively. -Experience in identifying target audiences, with a track record of devising successful campaigns that engage, inform, and drive action. -Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, adept at interpreting metrics, KPIs, and using insights to optimize strategies. -Proficient with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets, demonstrating the ability to track and report on campaign performance. -Solid understanding of operational constraints and a strong ability to execute strategies within budget and timelines. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and foster a positive work environment. -Team player, with a proactive approach to working with others to achieve common goals. -Exposure to digital marketing strategies and tools is a significant advantage. -Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with excellent grammar and presentation skills.
