AI System Research -Collect and study required AI system features and functions, direction and guidelines. -Analyse and identify the requirements according to department services and operation flow. -Explore AI systems available in the market and shortlist the best fit AI systems according to our requirements. -Features and functions -User experience and user interface -Pricing Vendor / Supplier Engagement and Management -Registering a trial account to test out the shortlisted AI systems (with free trial). -Connect and engage with shortlisted AI system vendors / suppliers (without free trial). -Request and arrange for AI system demonstration from the vendors / supplier. -Analyse and provide comparisons of each shortlisted system. -Features and functions -User experience and user interface -Pricing -Manage and record all the research and analysis into proper documentations. -Shortlist best fit AI system after the demonstration by the vendor / supplier. Coordination with Internal and External Department -Liaising with internal and external departments HOD / Manager / Team Lead. -Arranging the respective department to test out the shortlisted AI system. -Collect feedback from the respective department after the trial of the AI system. -AI system proposal to the company management to proceed for subscription. • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Software Engineer / Software Architect / Information Technology / AI or equivalent. -Knowledgeable and familiar with current technology trends. -Keen to explore more on systems and tools. -Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus. -Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills. -Possible attitude, details and data oriented. -Strong time management. -Strong critical thinking and problem solving. -Strict in following instructions and SOP. -Able to multitask. -Details-oriented and highly responsible individual.
