Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act 1955, EPF, Socso, EIS, Income Tax & HRD Levy is an added advantage.
- Familiar with “HR 2000 i-Payroll” will be added advantage.
- Independent, good team player and able to communicate with people of all levels.
- Flexible to work extra hour when necessary.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferable can start work immediately.
Responsibilities
General HR responsibilities include prepare monthly payroll and submission of statutory payment (EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB & HRD Levy) on time and accurately.Prepare and submission of Yearly Borang E & EA.Assist in staff recruitment and selection, HR Policies and procedures, training and development.Maintaining and updating employee’s database timely and accurately.Process employee’s expenses claim and leave application.Monitor employees’ attendance.Provide support and guidance to employees on HR matters.Issue cheque, upload payment via online banking and prepare bank reconciliation.Monitor and assist in resolving and administrative problems.Maintain admin records and filing system.Liaison with Auditor, Tax Agents, Bankers and Local Regulatory Authority bodies.Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.Assist with ad-hoc HR / Admin matters & back-up HR / Admin team as and when required.Any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior.Benefits
