Internship Technical Assistant Intern

Job Overview : We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant Intern to join our team in the Fleet Control System industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in GPS tracking, vehicle telematics, and fleet management technologies. The ideal candidate will assist our technical team in system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance while gaining valuable industry knowledge Responsibilities :

• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of GPS tracking systems
• Support troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software
• Perform diagnostic tests and quality control (QC) checks on vehicle tracking devices and sensors before deployment.
• Inspect returned devices to identify issues and assist in basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation, reports, and inventory records
• Help analyze fleet data to optimize vehicle tracking efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
• Provide technical support to clients and team members when needed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma / degree in Engineering, IT, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field
• Basic knowledge of GPS systems, vehicle wiring, and telematics (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory) Location : Safe Truck Sdn Bhd - Mak Mandin Office Duration : 3 – 6 months Working Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30AM – 6 : 00PM, Alternate Saturday 8 : 30AM - 13 : 00PM
