Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or related field .
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal especially in English .
- Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage (both spoken and written.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion .
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize .
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills .
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices .
- Able to join by July / August.
